User friendly and reliable! Been using them for screening my tenants for several years now. I've recently started using them for applications too and am pleased with how it's going.

My representative was GREAT, he was and is very helpful, as I am new to the platform. With that he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through set-up and processing of my first application(s). He is great to work with and was very professional and kind.

Easy to use and a great resource

The process is extremely user friendly. The process for tenants is straightforward and the results are fast.

Need to add more features, like showing what actual account info , with last 4 of account ect , so member can see which sources are for payments and receive. Should not be hard to do . Make it easier for prospective tenants to do the portal . Some leads vanish when challenged at your site . As a landlord I need less complications and even a human voice occasionally. Robots are a turn off for most people .
