We run our reports through Trans Union and can reach out to them to see if the information is incomplete and, if it is, why it was returned this way. We are currently in contact with them. Hello, Steven! I apologize, but we are only allowed to provide the applicant's SSN to Trans Union. We do not keep that information on file in our own systems. It is sent straight to the credit agency. As part of our screening process, we do verify that the individual authorizing is the owner of the SSN that they are providing for the report.

Hello, Alice! I do apologize, but as Trans Union raises their prices, we are obligated to raise ours as well. We do try to provide options for our customers so that you can get the most for your money. The bulk screening credits that you mentioned are some of our best savings and those do not expire. They are available in your account until you're ready to use them.
