Hi, Jacob! A tradeline is going to look at the last date verified or, if it's closed, that closed date. A line of credit (such as a credit card) can be open for years and remain active, so a credit history will look at the verified date. We cannot provide any specific details about the report run because 1) this is an open review site and 2) we cannot verify your identity here, but the landlord who ordered this report and has an account with us is welcome to reach out to our customer service team with any questions that they may have about the report or you may reach out directly to TransUnion. That is the credit agency that provides the credit information on our reports. I hope this helps!

Just look for the "Request Feature" option towards the bottom of your navigation bar. We're always looking for ways to improve the customer experience!
