This is my third time ordering from laluva and I love the bags I’ve been getting

Bag was not what I expected, thought hardware would be better, hard to open and close

The ordering was easy. The shipping of my purses was quick. I’m not real happy with the colors of the two bags that resemble a “Kelly”. The pink is a little peachy. The blue color is not the pretty aqua I thought it was was getting. The quality is still good

Your advertising is deceiving. The quality of your bags are low quality and I would never buy from this company again!! i am trying to send it back and i am having a terrible time getting my money returned.
