It's apparent that they won't give a refund! After trying to do the right thing with an incorrect address... I immediately notified them and they still screwed it up...

Your advertising is deceiving. The quality of your bags are low quality and I would never buy from this company again!! i am trying to send it back and i am having a terrible time getting my money returned.

There was no key sent with my bag for the lock

I ordered one bag a few months ago it took a while to be delivered and I was pleased with the purse. It was cute not the best quality but cute shortly after I started to receive several bags in the mail at a time that I didn't order that I didn't pay for but they kept charging my credit card. I've sent probably a dozen emails still haven't gotten a refund and spent over $100 returning the bags super frustrating. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. It have been a nightmare.

This company will not reply to my requests for an EXCHANGE on my dime. If you buy from these people, be prepared to never get any issues resolved. They do not respond to ANY ISSUE. They have all if the fancy legal yap about no hassle refunds and goofy rules. CRICKETS!

Do not buy from this company. I had the bag for one month the handle fell off and the bottom peg fell off. I contacted the company and they would not replace the bag or make good on it.
