I LOVE the Lahome rugs. The colors and patterns are beautiful!! I had an extra rug sent to me in error. They kindly let me keep it so I'm passing it to my sister. Timely response se to my inquiry and good customer service!

I was trying to send back the rugs. The cost to return is high. Offered 10% refund for the rug. I refused. Then offered a refund only if I give a five star review, (which is deceiving to other customers). Still have not received refund.

The communication and shipping was good, but the rug itself is not great quality

1) Great rug. The rug was a housewarming gift for my niece. IT was delivered quickly and they love it. 2) Great customer service. I inadvertently sent the rug to the wrong address. Customer service put in a lot of timely effort to fix the issue. I have been very happy with the entire experience.

First of all, the rugs are beautiful, and second the company and customer service has been amazing. I had an issue with one of my rugs being a little smaller than I expected (my fault) and they have been very helpful and quick to respond😊
