A Truly Excellent Experience" "I’m thrilled with my new sauna from La Casa Wellness. The quality is outstanding, and it fits perfectly in my home spa. The installation team was very professional and efficient. Customer support was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this company!

I recently purchased a Infrared sauna from La Casa Wellness and it was by and large a great experience. There were a couple of relatively minor issues: the bracket that came for the heater was incorrect, intended for a smaller heating unit. Fortunately, we adjusted the bracket that came with the heating unit and managed to get it to fit snugly. Additionally, there was a crack on the water container, but the team at La Casa Wellness was so gracious in quickly sending out a replacement. Thank you! I was amazed at how carefully the shipment was packaged. However, I would urge the manufacturers to improve the instructions as some parts were difficult to follow. Overall, I recommend this brand to anyone thinking of getting a sauna. I especially recommend La Casa Wellness. The customer service was exceptional, guiding me through selection and installation with ease 🙏👍🏼👌
