Thank you for sharing your concerns about shipping prices Richard. LabJack offers free shipping in the USA but international shipping is getting more and more expensive. We are looking into ways to help our Canadian customers. We keep some LabJack stock on Amazon.ca that can ship for free. We are also committed to only charging what UPS, DHL and FedEx charge us and not a penny more. We previously offered USPS to Canada but it is very slow and hard to track reliably so not a great option to business customers who can't wait many days or weeks in the dark.

Hi Bryant, Thanks for your kinds words about the Digit TL or TLH. It was indeed a beloved product and it was tough to EOL it. Unfortunately we had no choice when some of the key components were discontinued. We did purchase a few thousand extra parts and still have them. When we announced that the product was discontinued and offered customers 2 years to place final orders we only received a few orders. If you still need parts, service or repairs please reach out to [email protected] we haven't abandoned any customers who needed support.

Hi John, sorry you had a lackluster experience. We try to offer detailed and comprehensive written documentation on our devices in the datasheets, product briefs and tutorials. We even recently partnered with TechExplorations to make learning data acquisition in general and LabJack products specifically easier to those unfamiliar with LabJack or DAQs. Check out TechExplorations.com/so/LabJack for more details and email us if you would still like a free license to enroll in the course.
