My package was lost in shipping. They sent me a new shipment. Greeat customer service. So now if it shows up, I'll just send it back with a premade label. That is great I can keep moving on my tight time line.

Our startup company owns 3 T7 pros in addition to numerous add ons (LJTicks), Mux80 etc. In my opinion LabJack’s customer support is top notch. As with the latest purchase once again LabJack was prompt and as usual the service was very professional.
