I have a herninated disc, a pinched nerve, and hips out of alignment. This device has not been able to help.

I have been using my Kyrobak 1-2 times/day for a couple of months now. It has decreased my lower back pain substantially! I like that you can set it to one of three settings, and move its location from the floor to a couch or bed.

Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement." There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten. In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.

My husband found this device and told me just try it. So I didi was skeptical at first. When I got it in the mail I used it right away! I injured myself on the job and diagnosed with having a herniated disc L3/L4 very painful I did not want to use alot of medication because it makes me lethargic. With the gentle swaying motion it had relieved some of my pain and I was impressed. So I started using it twice a day everyday. My pain threshold now is to the point where I don't take as much pain medication. Thanks KYROBAK!!!!

I'm sure this is very effective for most people. My problem is my head needs to stay more elevated than this allows to be effective; otherwise my "crystals" get out of wack and I get very dizzy. Also, if you are alone, getting on is a little difficult, and I tried to reverse that to get started, but that did not work.

After several decades of lower back pain, the Kyrobak provided some relief, especially after exercise and long walks. I did not obtain 100% cure but probably improved it by 75%. That was more than other treatments I have tried (chiropractor, physical therapy). It took several months of using the Kyrobak before I felt it was working .

The machine made my back worse so I went through the steps to receive a full refund. To this day I have not received one cent. I've emailed...no response....I've sent 3 letters....no response. Words are cheap...guarantee means nothing.

Hi Susan, our records show you purchased Kyrobak on 12/14. On 12/16 your order shipped/confirmed On 2/13 Customer Service received a call requesting a return label, which was sent via email the same day. On 2/24 the Kyrobak device arrived in our warehouse. On 2/24 your Kyrobak refund was processed in full. We have no record of communication from you since 2/13, nor do we have any record of any email communication. Can you please provide [email protected] a copy of the emails you sent? I will also ask our Customer Service team to reach out to you to provide you the details of the refund we processed on February 24, 2016. Thank you.
