Kristine provided exceptional customer service and support. I mistakenly entered an incorrect transaction amount of $88,640.50, and she immediately stepped in to assist me with voiding the transaction. She was extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Kristine not only helped resolve the issue quickly, but she also proactively notified the Risk team and clearly communicated the next steps to me. Given the significant dollar amount involved, I truly appreciated her sense of urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was handled correctly. She turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Kristine is an excellent representation of outstanding client service, and I am extremely grateful for her assistance. She absolutely deserves the highest survey rating possible!
