Durable my dog loves it! Washes up great! I would recommend you purchase the dog pad for it!

Customer service is great, however, I was disapointed in that the mesh part of bed tends to sag and has no buoyancy to it. I cant imagine it being comfortable. Also I selected green based on a pic of a bright kelly green photo on kuranda's websight. But it was a dark green on the dull side.

Purchased a new XL Raised Bed and crate mat for one of my dogs and another Large mat for my other dogs raised bed. I have been using Karunda dog beds for several years and their quality and price still amaze me. The beds and mats are very easy to maintain and clean. I have a spare crate mat for each dog since they use different size crates and raised beds.

We've used Kuranda beds with our Basenjis for many, many years. They're the BEST! We recommend them also to our puppy buyers. Other beds just don't stand up to our Basenjis' enthusiasm for chewing and digging into their beds.

Good equipment

Stella is a 85 pound ridgeback. This is her second bed from kuranda, as a girl prefers some elevation when lounging on the porch. Found the steel outdoor/indoor bed easier to put together.
