Great experience. I walked in with a basic idea for an engagement ring and within an hour I had a preliminary sketch and the whole process was explained in detail. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing. The final product was beautiful!

3rd time flying into AZ since I’ve had my ring 2012 and I fly in just to get ring checked cleaned. This is the best service I’ve had in the 3x I have came out. Ryan was exceptional via phone or email to accommodate me to fit me in for a quick turnaround when I’m there. All the other staff was over the top friendly to us and made us feel so welcome and in great hands with my rings. And my ring looks so beautiful only complaint is that I wished you were in Canada to make it easier for me to get it checked more than 2-3 yrs apart.
