I was anxious because this was my first order from here. However, it will not be my last because I received an Amazing ring.

Customer service was excellent. Not entirely happy with the quality and sizing. The design is nice, but the jury is still out if the quality and value reflects the cost.

Great rings!!! Great working with staff. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the team handled it very professionally. All in all a great experience

The ring I had commissioned for my husband (a signet ring with a special symbol and blackened stainless steel) when I picked it up looked incredible. After a few months, the blackening has almost all but worn completely off in some places and it is not worn while performing taxing activities. The ring still looks good, but I am a little disappointed that after being promised multiple times that the wear off likely would not happen for a long time, that it has happened so soon. Otherwise they were phenomenal to work with and they do make beautiful jewelry, I even sent one of my friends to have an engagement ring made there as well (just didn't recommend the SS blackening process).

I am very happy with my purchase. Everything is handled personally and individually and my husband's ring is very high quality.

They are very accomadating and helpful. The prices are above average but it is a semi custom piece. Quality is good. The staff is wonderful!

The rings that we got are great and the process of designing the exact ring you want was awesome. The help that Stephanie gave was amazing. My only negative is that the rings sizing process is hard. We found it really hard to figure out what the right size ring was. Once we got the final rings they were too big. They sent us ring sizing rings, but it was hard to figure out what was too large or too tight.
