I feel like I was a difficult client, picky, particular, with specific details, and a vision of how this ring will come to look. Every step of the turn their sales reps explained every step with great detail. I got the tree of life ring, with brushed and polished parts specifically where and how I wanted brushed and polish. Their finance dept was more than accommodating with deposit requirements to get started and working with me on a plan to paid in full before the big day. Unique, one of kind, with white glove treatment, for a price that is just, fair - especially when you factor in the amount of work they have to put in to make the special pieces they do. But prices that do not break the bank. I'm almost a thousand miles from their store, but if I am ever in the AZ area I will totally be stopping in to tell the owner just how precious this place is. #1 Custom Jewelry store to go, bar none!
