Kraft MusicReviews of kraftmusic.com

Kraft Music is a terrific music store for professionals. The staff is knowlegeable and the customer service is exceptional. Particularly if you are a keyboard-centric musician, you should have Kraft’s phone number in your contact list.

I was replacing my ten year old digital piano, in my area there are very few places to shop in person for pianos. I researched so many internet sites and stores, AND which piano to buy. I reached out to Kraft Music to ask a question, and David was phenomenal! He answered my MANY questions via email and phone, and provided excellent advice and guidance as I made my decisions. The new piano arrived today via FEDEX freight, delivered to front door. It is exactly what I hoped! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Kraft again -- excellent customer service, clear communication-- they even arranged shipment to accommodate my changing availability. 1000% satisfied!

I ordered a higher end digital piano bundle from Kraft Music. Briggs reached out at the time of order, provided updates on shipping and emailed me when the order had been delivered (in additon to the notifcation by UPS). The product was delivered as ordered in great conditon. I read positive reveiws on Reddit prior to using their service; I came across many favorable reviews. My experience was no different. I recommend their services.

Service was great. Process was quick and easy, and scheduling for delivery of digital grand piano was simple and accurate. Delivery was timely and no damage at all. Price was great, and no problems with payment. Our transaction was handled by Scott, who was right on it the entire time.

I bought a drum set from Kraft. It arrived and was totally awesome. I had some trouble understanding what was included with the kit so I contacted them. Excellent response and customer service. Highly recommended.
