Absolutely horrible business practices. Takes preorders but does not fulfill them. I emailed them about requesting an update on my order then they gave me a blanket response. Get an email in the future from them saying they cancelled my order at my request… no request was ever given. Recommend staying away from this place.

I preordered op 17 booster boxes from them back in February. Release was 08/21 and they cancelled my order today! I asked for tracking multiple times but nothing. Kept sending generic emails. This company is broke and they use your money to float other orders and then cancel! Don’t waste your time with them. You will never receive your order!!

I made at least 15+ orders with then in the last year and not one was fulfilled. They're a scummy site that knows they are to small to fulfill lots of orders, but they do it anyways so they can use those funds to allocate other things for their business. I just filed a cancellation on 3 products and have yet to receive a refund and just filed a chargeback with my credit card company. This company is a joke and they will use you.

Wait for about a little bit more than five months asked to check order and the response is very unprofessional and kept asking me if I wanted to cancel I said I can wait and just want updated status on approximately how long it will take and two weeks after that, they just canceled me without notifying me.

I ordered a Pokémon PitchBlack as a pre-order. Months later, still nothing, and the product hit the market a month ago. Keep giving me the runaround about it shipping, and nothing is set in stone. Decided to ask for a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased 2 booster boxes of riftbound vendetta for pre order back in april/march. Release day was 7/31. That day came and went. No shipping emails. Sent them an email asking about the order. No reply. Sent them another email saying im charging back through my credit card, finally got a response yesterday. A month after release day. Terrible customer service and business practice. Refund is still pending...

Still no booster box after a month! I preordered Riftbound Vandetta booster box and they still didn't ship after a month after release. They should not take preorders on product they can't deliver. Also, it took over 25 days for them to respond to my support email!

Just like many other buyers, Kollect Korner just held on my pre-order money for months and eventually just cancelled my order. What a waste of time and effort!
