Very nice looking chair, all and all a great buy. 2 things I wish were better. The zero gravity should go back a little more than it does and the Thai stretch is lacking(no to little stretch) , but other than that great chair.

After a bit of a hassle getting the chair delivered on the promise date, I have to say the chair is amazing. If anything it may be a bit to intense if allowed to execute preprogrammed routines without toning them down a bit via the manual controls. The foot massage is especially intense. I had to put a pair of Oder-eater insoles in the bottom of the foot wells to tone it down. I also want to say that support has been excellent. Using WHATSAPP gets almost instantaneous response from central support. They have been very responsive and helpful. My only complaint with the chair, and as far as I can tell every chair out there has the same deficiency, no cup holder! If you are looking for a solid, well built, versatile, mid price chair, I don’t think you can go wrong with the 301.
