My wife tried to use her Kohl's cash on the app and it wouldn't show up even though her emails said she had it. Tried calling customer service and no one answers. This place is a dump at Southport store. Clothes everywhere. Zero customer service. They need to go out of business. Update - After spending a lot of time waiting on the phone she finally got her Kohl's cash. We also finally got some help at Southport store to purchase an item we wanted. Customer service shouldn't be this hard.

This is criminal. Kohls has Capital One doing their dirty deeds. You will pay an 30.74 interest rate on your Kohls charge account. JUST Criminal. RUN RUN away from Kohls. That’s like not ever getting out of Jail financially. RUN😱

Somehow my account was changed on my app and I wasn't able to pay a $3.00 bill. I ended up paying the late fee so $33 total and Kohls still trashed my credit score over $3.00 even though I've been a customer for over 25 years without issue. I was told by customer service they don't do goodwill reviews and I'm stuck with a negative credit score.

I wasn't my local Khols a few weeks before Christmas. Overall, the store was neat and organized. During checkout was my issue. There was a lovely older lady in front of me with a shopping cart full of items, mostly bulky things like bedding set, pillows etc. The cashier rang her up and did everything smoothly. The lady then asked if she could take the cart with her and was told yes. She loaded her items (too much for her to carry) and approached the door. The wheels locked up on the cart and I watched her struggle for a few seconds before giving up and came back to the cashier (I was now being helped by) and was told the carts can't be taken out of the store. The lady then turned around, struggled to gather her items and went to the coradore between the front doors and sat her things down and sat on the bench. I looked at the cashier and asked her if they had help around the store to help people to their cars sense they don't allow cart outside. She said yes. I then said she should call someone to help the lady, who was now shuffling her things around, assuming she was trying to make it easier for her to get to her car. The cashier ignores my request and continues to scan my stuff. I see her look up at the lady periodically, who is now sitting back down and on her phone. Likely to call family/friend for help. If I had not spent the last 1.5hrs in the store finishing up some Christmas shopping, I would have told her to cancel my order. Once I was done, I went and asked rhe lady if I could help her get her things to her car. She accepted with a smile. We chatted about the situation on the way to the car and I believe either of us will be going back. I won't at least. In an attempt to safe a few dollars on shopping cart theft, they leave their customers at a loss to get their newly purchased items to their car. If you do go, make sure you don't get too many things, heavy things or bring a cart of your own. I'm dissapointed and no longer a customer. Unless they make some changes! Maybe have shopping attendants there to help out. There are other ways they can lock wheels to prevent theft. Winco foods does something similar, the wheels lock if you take them past an area in the parking lot. Do better!

The new Kohl's Capital Card is charging me 31% interest, EVEN IF PAID IN FULL BY THE DUE DATE! CHECK YOUR BILL! IF they are doing me; they are doing you! And LAMBERT and CHRISTIE in customer service are terrible and neither could answer the question of why? CANCEL YOUR CARD, MASS PROTEST!

I was messing around on the Kohl's website looking at all the beautiful items and I applied for a store credit card and got approved. I was very surprised. So I got approved on Christmas Eve so all of our Christmas presents are coming and I was so happy The store was not very busy today but ⁰they had all their sales out going and the store I just love it

Kohls has ripped me off two years in a row through on-line ordering or pick-up service. Last year my item was lost, and I could not get a replacement or refund. they just took my money for no product and wouldn't lt make it right. This year, I returned a shirt, with a receipt, and not only did they take $20.00 of Kohls cash from the refund, they actually CHARGED my account an additional $3.94, which was supposed to the measly refund. So again, they took my money, and gave nothing in return. They are horrible. DONT ORDER ON-LINE-if something goes wrong, you're screwed.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to click something. I have been battling with them about an order I placed in November and still have not received. I called about 6 times about my refund and still haven’t received that either. I will never shop at kohls again. They are the WORST to deal with!!!!
