I have spent an hour trying to order on line. The Only option to Pay is through Apple Pay and I needed another way to Pay With my debit card. I am on a different phone than what was listed in the Apple Pay. Therefor unable to order online. Finally the guy on chat gave me a phone number and tried ordering through that way. They can’t find my business address and a good address to ship. I order and have things to be shipped to this address daily. Even made her repeat the address back to me. Unable to order today and will not try again.

I just got back from returning a PS4 and extra controller at Kohl’s here in Burlington. I bought the console and then, the next day with the $80 Kohl’s cash I got for the console’s purchase, bought another controller and charging cradle. I didn't like the PS4 over the PS3 and it didn't meet my needs so I returned it. What I didn't understand (and its right there clear as mud on the receipt which refers you to the Kohl’s cash coupon for the details) is that if you use the Kohl’s cash and then return everything they only credit the purchase price minus the Kohl’s cash. So I paid $427 for the console and got $80 in Kohl’s cash. They credited my credit card back for $347 and then gave me another $80 in Kohl’s cash. So now, I’m paying $80 in interest on a purchase I returned. I feel that is unethical and they wouldn’t fix it so I cut up my credit card right there. I’ll pay off the balance of my card and then I’m through with this overpriced company whose business model is to milk as much money out of its customers as possible.

We just received the new Kohl's flyer. They have a young girl no more than 14 in bras and underwear, which borders on child pornography. Considering what's going on in our society today, this is extremely inappropriate and in very poor taste. What was Kohl's thinking!

I dropped off a package for Amazon and received a Kohls promotional slip for $5.I didn't see anything I would want to buy at the moment so I brought it home and put it up carefully and thought it expires the 23rd of the month when it was in fact the 22nd.I brought it and thought they would honor it I was so disappointed when the woman told me she could not. I walked 6 miles back and forth to Kohls and it hurts that I wasted all that time. I would never be their customer for sure.It was me and my friend too so they lost 2 potential customers I have never gone to any store and they would not honor a discount that is one day over expiration date..
