NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM NO HELP AT ALL

I love Kohls products but there shipping has become so bad that I am questioning my choice of using the online store. This time I even tried the ship to store to save time and it says my products are ready to go and awaiting shipping. One item needed to be shipped to my home and it is also waiting to be picked up. The last several orders have been similar - ready to go but awaiting pick-up by carrier. I really like to take advantage of the Kohl's cash , but may need to start looking for another venue that has better shipping.

Avan work a cashier at kohl's in Rancho San Diego El Cajon, CA 92019. was doing a great job on busy day. she helped us to find what we need to. and she has an excellent customer service and my wife advice all our neighbor to go to this branch to her services.

I ordered 3 items online. 2 were sent and received without any problem but the 3rd item was lost. It never made it out of their warehouse! After a week of no movement, I called to ask what was going on. They agreed that the item was lost. They did not have the item anymore so a replacement could not be sent. They also could not credit my credit card nor even give me a store credit. If I wanted a credit, I should dispute the charge on my credit card. Spoke with a "supervisor" who would not give me her name nor the name of her supervisor.

Returned an item and it cost 19.99, had to pay for the return plus they deducted 10.00 for "kohls cash" that was accrued on a 61.00 order. They deducted the entire 10.00 plus and my refund was 7.34. I will never buy from these crooks again. They truly know how to scam people.

I was shopping on 12-10 at the Johnson Creek, WI store and checked out with a VERY sweet lady. Her name was Melissa. She was so friendly, helped me with my app to obtain my coupon and was able to help me by explaining how I order stuff on line. I will definitely shop there again.

I ordered several items for my son for Christmas and my order was canceled. Rep was of no help and now there is over 300 pending on my debit card. It is Christmas time you guys suck big time by the way I’ve rechecked and the items are in stock. You guys make to much money for bs like this to happen

I ordered a list of items. The first item keeps being returned because the address is insufficient! How is it possible receive an entire order and not receive the first item on the list. I wil be returning every item that I ordered and this doesn’t make me want to order from kohls again!
