Reached out to Kohler Customer Service about a faulty bidet that went south right after the warranty ended—of course, right. The lights flash, it makes sounds, and nothing happens. I looked up on Reddit and this is a systemic problem. The Kohler expert asked "have you tried unplugging it". Yeah, sorry we can't help you. We make products that won't work after the warranty and are out of luck.

I had bathroom faucets and new drains in my masterbath. The finish on the drain covers was tarnished a bit. You can't just purchase the covers so I contacted customer service an they sent me two for free. No questions asked. They always had great products and now I know they stand behind their products as well. Thank you,

I have had these Kohler products in my home since 2002, when my family had our home expanded. We've never had issues with these products at all, and after 24 years, they're finally starting to not work properly. I called up their customer service #, I got Dan (who was phenomenal) - he knew exactly what parts I was talking about, and put in the replacement order without delay or issue. The old adage of you get what you pay for was truly exceeded here.

I recently purchased the Kohler Veil toilet. My concern with the product is that the lid and back panel appear to scratch very easily. When mine were installed and the plumber wiped them down is the first time he noted scratches and gouge marks. When it was reported to Kohler and Austpek both refused to cover under warranty as I had the item sitting boxed in a safe place for 3 months prior to delivery. So the reasons given were that it didn't come under warranty. I was given no other option but to purchase a 2nd lid, which upon arrival was found to be scratched also. They replaced this with a 3rd lid, again upon arrival noted to be scratched. The 4th lid also has 1 or 2 scratches but I gave up at this point. So, in my opinion the item has some product issues. The warranty function was apparently not relevant to myself. So for the cost of $5000+ it was in my opinion a poor investment, better to go with a cheaper brand that has similar functions. Out of all of the functions, the seat warmer, lid up and seat/lid down are the most utilised functions. Very disappointed overall.

Recently moved into this home with a full kitchen remodel including a Kohler semi-professional kitchen faucet. The spray goes every which direction when activated. Clearly defective. However, Kohler refuses to replace it, even though it has a lifetime warranty, because I am not the original owner. It's less than 2 years old but because this guy chose Kohler and then sold the house to me, I'm screwed by Kohler. Never will own one of their products again. They won't stand behind their defective products.

Had no problem returning and getting money back credited to my account. Amazing customer service that's why I buy Kohler.

Bought kohler kitchen faucet in 2023, and first one leaked crazy under water, then got it replaced with second one with our own labor- took 2 weeks to get second one. Then second one lost water pressure just after 6 months! And it’s taking 2 weeks for them to send a valve to see if that will help water flow. Customer service is telling me to disassemble parts and soak in vinegar to fix temporary problem; suggesting a cheap corporate fix for a poor design and engineer. They are expecting me to be a plumber just to get normal water pressure! They blamed on water and they keep saying they are not responsible. That’s so upsetting ! Infuriating! Do not buy any kohler. They do not work! Had two defective faucets in 3 year span! Do not buy any kohler. Specially California! Where water is hard water.
