Joe Prestia at Knock was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt with his replies. The process went very smoothly overall and I would highly recommend using them.

Dominic Roher was our loan advisor and he was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I was helping my elderly aunt and her cousins (all immigrants) find a new home, and sell my aunt’s old home in the process. Traditional routes wanted her to sell first and then look for a house, but understandably my aunt didn’t want to sell without knowing where she was moving to! My real estate agent recommended knock.com and we were fortunate enough to get Dom. He made the dream a reality! My aunt and cousins found their new home, moved in, and then my aunt was able to sell her old home quickly. We definitely needed help with all the loan paperwork needed for these transactions. Dom and his team made it easy for us to understand and work through. Thank you, Dom! Keep up the great work!

Rudy Zaccaria is probably one of the best loan officers I have ever worked with. Very responsive, professional. Proactive and personable. He really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. Ask to work with him. You will NOT be disappointed.

Trisha was awesome! She made the whole experience painless, answered all of our questions and was always on the ball. The Knock home exchange was exactly what we wanted, and I’m so glad we had Trisha working with us the whole time.

The bridge loan option with Knock allowed us during the peak of a hot Seller market to get the house we wanted before selling our existing home. Unlike the local lender we were originally working with, Tammie Brethower with Knock was easily available with a knowledgeable answer and a friendly voice. A winning combo. The online application was as easy as a complicated process can be and the app made for transparent status tracking. Everyone needs to make their own assessment whether the fees are worth it. For us it was. Thanks, Knock!

The knock loan process was easy and a great solution for buying a new house prior to the old one selling. Everyone at knock has been great.

[Update: Per Knock's reply, they are considering paths to resolution/restitution. I will update this review based on the outcome]. Imagine you find a house you love, the seller accepts your offer, you're under contract, all your stuff is packed, you've got time off work, and you're closing in 3 days. Then Knock calls and says - sorry, the loan isn't going to go through unless you can get an additional $25k that we forgot to tell you about until now. You don't have an additional $25k lying around. So the loan falls through, you lose the house, $12k earnest money, and there's no recourse. Welcome to working with Knock - where the line between legal and illegal is razor thin. You can have sterling credit, great income, get pre-approval, do everything that's asked of you on time and to spec, and Knock will still ruin your life.

Thank you for providing feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your negative experience thus far with Knock. We pride ourselves on providing a seamless home buying experience, so we’re incredibly sorry to hear your experience has been anything but. Although we now have a path forward regarding the additional reserves, we understand the issues this has caused for you. We are conducting an internal investigation into this and the other items discussed during our conversation yesterday, and you will be updated by a manager when that is completed. Due to the anticipated delay to your closing date, you and the seller will be receiving our Closing Guarantee credit as we work to get you to the closing table as soon as possible.
I had a great experience working with Trisha and the team! They were easily reached and communicated with me often. Thanks again! - Aaron
