Hi Shirley, thank you for these kind words! We appreciate you taking the time to write this wonderful review. We’re thrilled you chose to work with us, but nothing makes us happier than you being in your dream home. Congratulations!
My experience during this transaction was absolutely wonderful. Everyone's professionalism to get this deal to the closing table was exceptional. I've been in real estate 18 years and this was my first transaction dealing with a bridge loan. I've gained a lot of knowledge about the process and I am grateful.

This was my first time working with Knock and it was great. Trisha's communication was outstanding as she was quick to reply to any of my questions or emails. Her team worked great with my client's lender. We closed on time and everyone was happy!!!

They tell you they want your business, they will buy your home and then dont so you end up paying two mortgages. TERRIBLE business model - stay away from BRIDGE LOANS - Stick with Conventional and ARM's, this is a sour deal for anyone looking to sell. If you're agent is good, they will it within the 30 day period.
