Hi Mark, thank you for taking the time to write this excellent review! We are so happy to hear you had a positive experience working with Trisha! We’re thrilled you chose to work with us, but nothing makes us happier than you being in your dream home. Congratulations!
I received assistance from Trisha Schmidt, specifically on a Friday evening when we were not able to proceed on the computer because we were not able to complete the documents and the system would stop. Trisha worked with us, after hours, assigned new pass words for us and stayed with us on the phone, until we were able to complete the application documents needed for Closing. We could not have done it without her cause there was a glitch on the application.
