Scam and terrible customer service. Ordered the same item twice when they said it was in stock. No word on when it was due to be delivered, whether a refund had even taken place or an apology to say it could not be delivered. DO NOT USE.

I ordered over $100 worth of knobs and drawer handles/pulls. The crystal is acrylic, which is fine, but the screws are way too long. I researched how to cut them down myself, but it is impossible for me to do. I emailed them for support and the replies that they couldn’t give me any advice. And since they don’t accept returns, what am I supposed to do? I guess they’re sitting back laughing that they scammed another customers. I can’t have long screws sticking into my clothes and/or possibly hurting anyone who digs in the drawers. As others have said and I stupidly ignored, don’t do business with this company.

Horrible company -- do not order from them. Their sizing is off and they do not accept returns. Customer service is the worst I have seen with no offer to help at all. Will tell you they won't accept returns and then not reply to anything else. Order knobs/pulls from anywhere else. Trust me.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Many of our products are handmade and hand-painted, which means slight variations can occur from item to item. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on each listing, and we encourage customers to review those details carefully before ordering. We understand your frustration regarding our return policy. Because many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or imported in small batches, returns are subject to the policies outlined on our website. That said, our goal is always to help customers find a satisfactory resolution whenever possible. We regret that you feel your concerns were not adequately addressed and will review your feedback with our customer service team to ensure we continue improving our communication and support.
Some measurements were not available via their website. For example I expected a 'standard' length for the bolt section of a knob and received a knob that is several inches too long to actually work on a dresser. I contacted them about an exchange and they simply said no. Sure, it's in their FAQ, but it's still disappointing. I would not shop here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. The knob you received was shipped as described and was not defective. While we provide product dimensions and specifications that are available from the manufacturer, we understand that in this case the length of the mounting bolt was an important consideration for your project. Because the item was delivered as ordered, our customer service team applied the return policy outlined on our website. We understand that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your feedback regarding product measurements. Feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve the information available to customers before they make a purchase.
I ordered my new knobs (almost $500 worth!) and they sent the wrong screw length (over 3 inches, which wouldn't fit on any cabinet I know of, because you can't close the door)... after informing customer service of this they said they will not do anything to help and I am on my own to figure out a solution. Terrible support after sending me the wrong products. After spending all this money, I am left with knobs that will not work... I highly recommend avoiding this company!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. The knobs you received were shipped with the mounting hardware supplied by the manufacturer. The longer screws are intentionally provided to accommodate a variety of cabinet and drawer thicknesses and can typically be trimmed to the required length during installation. The hardware sent was not different from what was included with the product. We understand that this may have been frustrating, particularly given the size of your order. Our customer service team reviewed your request and provided the options available under our policies, but we regret that we were unable to offer the resolution you were seeking. We value every customer and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this situation for future shoppers. Thank you for your business.
The knobs are poor quality and tiny. Not the size I ordered. When I reached out to exchange or get a refund they said they don't do that. So they send you an un-uable product and you are just stuck with it. Avoid at all costs!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. The knobs supplied were shipped according to the specifications of the product ordered. Product dimensions are provided on our website to help customers determine whether a particular item will be suitable for their project. While we understand that the knobs were smaller than you expected, the items received were not different from those ordered. We also regret that our return policy did not provide the outcome you were hoping for. Our policies are published on our website and are intended to be applied consistently to all customers.
Ordered 3 hooks, came as described. Charged my card an additional $24 for shipping after receiving a bill from FedEx without my knowing 2 weeks after receipt. UPDATE: Was promptly contacted by customer service after leaving the review. They refunded the additional duty charge and apologized for the mishap.
