No shipment
I was missing a package but the owner stepped up and made sure I was taken care of. He apologized and shipped out a replacement package promptly. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and customer service.

Hi Chris, I am the owner of BB PRO and I am stepping in to handle this personally. You have every right to be disappointed. While it appears the postal carrier lost or severely delayed this package in transit, at the end of the day, you bought from us, - which makes it our responsibility to make it right. I am also having my team audit our phone logs and spam filters today, as we cannot find any record of an email or missed call associated with your name, and we pride ourselves on fast responses. I want to make sure no other messages are getting blocked. Please email me at [email protected] with your Order Number. I will personally issue a FULL REFUND immediately. If the carrier ever actually delivers the package, please keep it on us as an apology. We will get this fixed for you today. - Jack
