Hi John, Guido here, founder of Klyr. You're right, and I'm sorry. Your emails were mistakenly routed to our spam folder, so our team never saw them. That's an explanation, not an excuse. Something in our system has been going wrong in tagging mails as spam and we have now addressed this issue. Again, sorry for the inconvenience! I've responded to your mails. 🙏 Kind regards, Guido

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're truly sorry it reached this point. After looking into your case, it appears your follow-up emails were unfortunately flagged by our system as spam, which is why they never reached our support queue. We're not saying this was your fault, this can occasionally happen with email systems. However, we also recognize that we had already been in contact with you on a separate ticket, and we should have followed up more proactively. For that, we sincerely apologize. We never intended to ignore you, and we're genuinely sorry that it came across that way. We hope that you'd give us a chance to resolve this. We don't want this to end on a negative note. We'll be reaching out to you separately by email to apologize personally and do our best to resolve this with you. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Sincerely, Team Klyr
