Hi! Hey, thanks for your review — really appreciate you sharing this. Sorry about the pump issue; that’s certainly frustrating. Let's try a few steps to resolve the issue. The pump may not work at first due to the product inside being stuck on the sides of the bottle from transit; please try lightly tapping the bottle to help the product move down. If that doesn’t work, you can place the bottle halfway in warm water (don’t fully submerge it), then let it sit upright for a day or two so everything settles at the bottom. Then try the pump again—this usually fixes it. If it’s still not working, just send over your details or reply with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you. Looking forward to getting this resolved for you!
