I was totally unaware that most cat food doesn’t have enough taurine in it and that felines need it. I decided to buy Kitty Supps to supplement my cat’s food and not only do my cats like the taste, I’ve noticed that their coats are much softer and shinier.

I’ve been giving this to my two fur babies for the last couple of months. Going from having one throw up daily to throwing up every 3 or 4 days, it is finally working to help my boy! I will continue to give this to both cats who are now 15 years old 😊

I really like these products. I’d like the option to receive them at a Les frequent rate.

I ordered the Taurine, the Omega-3, the Dental, and the Lysine supps. I think my cats favorite is the Omega, next is the Taurine. She will eat all of them and I am hoping for great results. She’s had dermatitis for a few months and the Omega-3 seems to be helping.

It took over a month to get my order, then only after 2 days I got an email saying my auto subscription just ordered 3 more jars which I DID NOT ask for or order!!! I immediately wrote back to cancel and they said it was already sent and too late! Bull. It took you weeks to get something in the mail, don't tell me you can't cancel this order! Also my cat is not eating the food and obviously can taste and smell it, which it was sold as being tasteless. Your company does NOT care about your customers and only ripping us off. I want a full refund on both orders!

Hi Nancy, We’re sorry to hear how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been for you. Waiting over a month for your first order and then receiving notice of another shipment so soon afterward would understandably be upsetting, especially when you did not expect additional jars to process automatically. Our subscription option is intended for customers who want automatic replenishment orders, but customers should always feel fully informed and able to manage future shipments clearly. We also understand your frustration after attempting to cancel the order immediately and feeling that there should have been enough time to stop the shipment before delivery. We also hear your concerns regarding your cat not accepting the supplement. Cats can be very sensitive to changes in smell and taste, and we understand how disappointing it is when the product does not work out as expected. Shipping and fulfillment timelines can sometimes be affected by courier and transit limitations outside of our direct control, but we understand how the delay negatively affected your confidence in the overall experience. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] so we can review your account and concerns more closely from our side as well. Mariel from KittySupps
My cats have been using Kitty Supps for about 3 months now and seen to be doing well. I don't know if I've seen any difference yet but it's easy enough to use and they don't mind.
