Hi Pauline, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how upsetting it is to have paid for an order you never received, only to see additional charges over the following two months when you did not intend to sign up for a subscription. We also understand your frustration with repeatedly being told that your concerns were escalated without receiving a clear update or resolution regarding your missing order and refund requests. Please contact [email protected] using the same email address associated with your order so our team can locate your account, review the original shipment, subsequent charges, previous correspondence, and the current status of your refund requests. We sincerely apologize for the prolonged frustration, lack of clear communication, and loss of trust this experience has caused. Thank you, Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Jason, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to continue being charged for two months after canceling your subscription, especially when you did not intend to receive any further orders. We also understand your concern about the $179 in outstanding refunds and how disappointing it is to still be waiting after more than a month for the first refund and nearly a month for the second. Please contact [email protected] using the same email address associated with your order so our team can locate your account, review your cancellation history, both charges, and the current status of your refund requests. We sincerely apologize for the prolonged delays, inconvenience, and frustration this situation has caused. Thank you, Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Moore, We’re truly sorry for the loss of your cat. We understand how difficult this must already be, and we're especially sorry that you've had to deal with additional charges and unresolved concerns during such a difficult time. We understand your frustration with being charged three times after requesting cancellation, as well as the conflicting information you've received regarding returns and refunds. Having to follow up repeatedly from August through October without a clear resolution is understandably upsetting. Please contact [email protected] using the same email address associated with your order so our team can review your previous cancellation requests, all three charges, the refund discussions, and the return instructions you've been waiting for. We sincerely apologize for the prolonged frustration and additional stress this situation has caused. Thank you, Mariel from KittySupps
