My cats like the fountain, and I use already filtered water so I do not change filters every second week. I have observed, especially this hot summer, that my cats prefer water form the fountain than form the pond.

Greatly reduced vomiting. Too expensive.

I was charged for another 3 month order 8/11/26 when I had just ordered 7/12/26. I do not have a subscription, did not authorize the second order and did not agree to a credit card charge. They notified me yesterday that they were sending another order. I said do not send and to rescind my credit card charge yesterday. Today, they said they can't because it was sent but they will give me a partial refund. I am planning to refuse the package and initiate a dispute with my credit card company

Hi Mari, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how concerning it is to receive another charge and shipment when you believed you did not have an active subscription, especially so soon after your previous order. We also understand your frustration after contacting us immediately to stop the shipment and then being told it had already been processed. We’d like the opportunity to review the order, billing, and subscription status more closely. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details so our team can investigate what happened and review the available resolution with you. Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Lisa, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for an order placed back in May and still feel that neither the product nor the refund has been resolved after repeated communication. Shipping and courier transit delays can sometimes occur outside of our direct control, but we understand that this length of time is extremely disappointing. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details so our team can review the shipment and refund status and help determine the next step. Mariel from KittySupps

After placing an order last month, i received a notification from my bank today that they had attempted to debit $69 from my account? I did not agree to any subscriptions when i purchased the product. Beware! Obviously some type of fraud going on here. Has been reported.

Hi Brooke, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how concerning it is to see an unexpected charge after believing you had made a one-time purchase. We take concerns about unauthorized charges seriously. We’d like the opportunity to review your original order and account to determine exactly what happened rather than make assumptions about your purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] , I’d be happy to help have your order, billing history, and subscription status reviewed and make sure any unwanted subscription is properly addressed. Mariel from KittySupps
I would give it no stars if I could. It took a while before I received my order after they said it had been delivered. I was signed up for a subscription plan without realizing it. When I finally got the order and the unwanted next month's order, they shorted me the Lysine I ordered in the first go round and said it wasn't in my order when I have a screenshot of the order on my phone. Never dealing with this company again. Buyer beware and be careful what you click.

Hi Mary Ann, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to experience a delayed delivery, receive an unexpected recurring order, and then find that an item you expected was missing. We also understand your concern regarding the Lysine, especially since you have a screenshot showing it as part of your original order. We’d like the opportunity to review this more closely rather than dismiss your concern. Please contact us at [email protected] and mention Mariel in your email. I’d be happy to help have your original order, subscription status, and the missing Lysine reviewed so we can determine what happened and assist further. Mariel from KittySupps
KittySupps is a fraud! Do not order from them or use their products if you have them. I placed an order for Taurine from them about 6 weeks ago. Two weeks after that another jar arrived in the mail. I contacted KittySupps for help returning the product that I did not order. The extremely nice customer service person seemed to be trying to help me with a return label but after about a full day of emailing back and forth, excuse after excuse the label never came. Then she said she would just give me a refund and I did not need to send the product back but after two weeks that has not come either. It took me a while but finally I realized the very kind customer service person was just playing with me. I have had to cancel my credit card so they don't keep charging my card. I see here on Trustpilot KittySupps has a good rating but check the BBB and other sites! KittySups has mostly very bad reviews! Note: The below reply from KittySupps is just more of the sugar coated BS that was included in the 12 (yes, 12) email responses I received while trying to rectify the situation. Even if KittySupps did come through and provide with a refund I would not change this review!!

Hi Kelley, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an unexpected shipment and then spend so much time trying to resolve the return and refund without seeing the promised resolution. We also understand why the repeated communication regarding the return label and refund left you feeling disappointed and concerned. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. Please contact us at [email protected] and mention Mariel in your email. I’d be happy to help have your order, previous correspondence, and refund status reviewed so we can determine what happened and assist with getting this resolved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Mariel from KittySupps
