I was surprised when I received a second supplement that I did not order. I emailed the company for a shipping label, explaining that I didn't order this. The company responded that it was not returnable and the best they could do was offer a 50% refund. What a scam! I called my credit card company and they are fighting the charge. They also put a stop on this company ever charging me again. As for the product I hadn't used enough from my first order to see a difference for my cat.

I tried to cancel the 1st shipment and they said it was canceled and it wasn’t I was fraudulently charged this month for $49.99. I did NOT authorize this. I have contacted them several times and they said the shipment was canceled and I would get a refund and I never got the refund and I noticed they shipped the item after I told them not to and they said it was canceled! This is illegal and I will report them. They aren’t answering my emails now and there is no phone number to call!! This is a total scam!!!!

This is exactly what I went through with kitty supps . I wanna make this company go down they never ever sent me a check. I’m going through a dispute with my bank won’t refund my money, but we’re trying to do something. It’s wrong that they’re getting away with scamming people like this.! the first order they sent me a whole bottle (2nd)that I never ordered and then they automatically put you on a subscription so I got charged in a few weeks later another $50 for something I never ordered!!!  just a SCAM! Pls don’t fall for it. I tried Better Business Bureau. You can send 100 emails promising they’re gonna send you money and they will not give you a cent back WARN‼️‼️‼️‼️ all Cat parents share this post please! 🙏 Kitty supps customer service

Extremely disappointing experience. I specifically contacted the company to confirm that I had no active subscription and was reassured that I did not have one. I was also told that the $11.99 delivery charge would be refunded. A month later, I was shocked to be charged double the amount for a “next shipment” — the exact shipment I had been reassured I was not subscribed to. I immediately requested a refund and have since been told multiple times that the refund has been processed. However, I have received no confirmation, no refund, and no evidence that anything has actually been processed. I have now been waiting more than one month for the first refund, while also still waiting for the second refund, despite repeatedly being told they have been processed and I should see the funds back in my account within “3-5 business days” The lack of actual communication, transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I should not have to repeatedly chase money that I was told was being refunded. I would strongly recommend being very cautious about providing payment details or signing up with this company.

It’s very easy to mix with food. My cats are super finicky, and this doesn’t change the taste. They are more playful. My cats had quit grooming themselves. That has improved. So far, I’m very pleased with the results

I was told mysubscription would be canceled July 19th . I have the email to prove it and $89 was just deducted August 18th from my checking account which I did not have funds to cover so not only did the bank take the $89 out but the bank charged me $32 overdraft fee. I'm hoping you guys will make it right and pay me back the $89 and $32 overdraft fee. Happy with the product but not the customer service.

I ordered once from the company. I did not set up a continuous subscription to keep receiving the product. A month later they charged me again and sent me more. I contacted kitty supps to return the product and get my $ back. I informed them that I didnt even open the box. They refused to take back the product and only offered me 20% of my $ back. I didnt create the problem, they did. I want all my $ back. They did tell me that I did not have a subscription. Do not buy from this company. They will steal ur money.
