Well, we ordered this product early December. Because of Christmas maybe, the product was delayed. So far our kitties have eaten this product three times. Have not noticed a huge change in them as of yet. Looking forward to seeing results.

It took almost 1 month to receive and because of the delay I no longer need. I was offered a small refund if I kept but I did not find it acceptable. I am thoroughly disgusted after reading more comments..

Hi Kathryn, We understand why this was disappointing. Waiting almost a month for delivery and then no longer needing the product by the time it arrived is understandably frustrating. Once shipments are in transit, delivery timelines can sometimes be affected by courier delays, but we understand that doesn’t change your experience, especially when the resolution offered afterward didn’t feel acceptable to you. We also hear your concern after reading other feedback, and we understand how that can affect confidence and trust. This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have. If you’re open to it, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your case more closely. Mariel from KittySupps
I do not like adding sweeteners to make more supps palatable and the sweet essence is quite overpowering.

Hi Diane, We understand your concern regarding the scent and sweetness of the supplement. Smell and taste can be very noticeable with pet supplements, and we understand why the fragrance felt stronger than what you expected. The formulation is intended to help with palatability for cats that can be sensitive to supplements added into their food, though we understand not every pet owner will prefer that approach. Feedback like this is genuinely helpful and appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to share your honest thoughts about the product. Mariel from KittySupps
Did not sign up for additional orders and they are not helping to stop them!

Hi Linda, We understand why this has been frustrating. If you didn’t intend to receive additional orders and have been having trouble getting them stopped, that’s not how this should have been handled. You should always have full control over your subscription and future shipments, and cancellation requests should be addressed clearly and promptly. This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have. If you’re open to it, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your account and make sure everything is fully addressed. Mariel from KittySupps
Long delivery period. Got it and was highly scented and purple in colour. They sign you up for a subscription which would have been delivered before the first order came! Luckily I noticed this straight away and cancelled. My cats don’t like it. This is a fraudulent company. Have already warned them that if they take more money out of my account, I will be sending my bank after them.

Hi Iona, We understand why this experience raised concerns. Waiting a long time for delivery and then seeing another shipment scheduled before you’d even had the chance to properly try the first order would understandably be frustrating. You should always have clear visibility and control over any subscription settings, so we’re glad you were able to cancel it quickly. We also hear your comments regarding the product itself and understand that not every cat will take to the smell or formulation. This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have, and feedback like this matters. If you’re open to it, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your account and make sure everything is set correctly moving forward. Mariel from KittySupps
I have never received.

Hi Dawn, We’re sorry to hear you still haven’t received your order. We understand how frustrating and disappointing that is, especially after already waiting and paying for the shipment. Shipping delays can sometimes occur with courier partners, but we understand that customers expect clearer updates and resolution when an order does not arrive. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with your order details so we can review the shipment status more closely from our side as well. Mariel from KittySupps
I've received the order and tried the product. So far my cats liked the product and I have seen a litle bit of improvement on my oler cat. I will continue using it and if things go well I will reorder it.

This company does not honor its own 90 day money back guarantee. I tried Kitty Supp and quickly realized the supplement was redundant with what is already in my cat’s food. I cancelled my subscription, yet they continued to send product anyway. I contacted the company for a refund and all items were unopened and well within their stated 90 day guarantee. I repeatedly asked for return instructions and a full refund. Instead of honoring their policy, Anna told me that once an order is processed they do not accept returns or issue refunds. That directly contradicts the guarantee they advertise. She then offered me a 20 percent refund and told me to keep the product, which is not what their policy promises. This feels deceptive at best and intentionally misleading at worst. A money back guarantee that is not actually honored is not a guarantee. It is marketing. I would strongly caution anyone considering this brand.

Hi Angela, We understand why this was frustrating. If your experience with the refund process didn’t match the guarantee being advertised, that’s understandably disappointing. To clarify, subscription cancellations and refund requests should always be handled clearly and consistently, especially when products are unopened and within the stated timeframe. We also hear your frustration around continuing shipments after cancellation and the back-and-forth regarding partial refunds. This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have, and feedback like this matters. If you’re open to it, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your case more closely and make sure everything on your account is properly addressed. Mariel from KittySupps
