My cat loves the Taurine . I am wanting to try thr Omega 3 and something for his teeth but haven't found anything yet. If you have something to suggest it would be greatly appreciated. He doesn't like strong flovours or fish for the Omega 3. The taurine is pale purple in colour and has a nice smell and like I said must have a good flavour because he loves to eat it.

Never received first shipment. Now having issues cancelling subscription. Seems like it might be a scam.

Once a shipment leaves our facility, it’s handled by the courier, and delays or delivery issues can happen on their end. Have tried multiple times to cancel this subscription. I wasn't away when I tried your product it automatically made it a subscription. Carol

Ordered this product four months ago now. It was never delivered and I’ve never received a shipping confirmation. Despite back and forth with their email over weeks, they’ve been refusing to refund me and instead offering partial refunds and assuring it would be sent soon. Latest update was that if it wasn’t there by last week they would finally refund me- surprise, it wasn’t! And now they’ve been ignoring my emails. Awful company. Update- finally got my refund after disputing the charge with my credit card.

This company took 3 weeks to send my order of Taurine. I ordered through a facebook ad, and I did not subscribe to a monthly order but they put me on autoship. Even though I contacted customer service immediately, they have now charged my card again for $20 more than the original charge and did not cancel my order when I asked. It hadn't been shipped. They offered me coupons. Very fraudulent.

I ordered the L-Lysine, Omega-3, and Taurine supplements together to support my cat’s overall health. Everything arrived together and looked well packaged. It’s still early, but my cat hasn’t had any issues eating food mixed with them, which was my main concern.
