Hi Sandy, We are so sorry. Waiting from the end of January with nothing to show for it, and then being charged for a second order before the first had even arrived or been resolved. We completely understand why you feel disgusted and why your trust in us has been shaken. You should have been heard the moment you raised that your first order never arrived. The fact that that did not happen, and that a second charge went through on top of it, is not okay and we take full responsibility for how this has made you feel. Once orders leave our facility, transit is in the hands of our carrier partners and delays on their end are outside our direct control. But that is no excuse for leaving you without acknowledgement, without answers, and without a resolution for over a month. You deserved so much better than this. Your missing first order, the subscription charge you were not expecting, all of it. A real person will handle this properly and make sure you receive a resolution that is genuinely fair to you.
