Hi Rebous, Cats watching you mix it in and then diving straight into their bowl, that is honestly the dream scenario and we love it so much! Anyone who has ever tried to sneak something into a cat's food knows just how rare that is. Your two clearly have excellent taste. It makes us so happy knowing that mealtime is still something they get excited about, supplements and all. That is exactly how it should be. Thank you for sharing this little moment, it genuinely made us smile. Give those two food critics a cuddle from our whole team! 🐾 - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Anna, First and most importantly, we are genuinely concerned to hear that your cat has been unwell. That matters to us above everything else in this review, and we want to understand what happened. Please email us at [email protected] right away so we can look into this with the care and urgency it deserves. We also hear you on everything else. The unexpected charge, the experience around your refund request, and your concerns about the product. We are not going to dismiss any of it. You came to us wanting to help your cat and instead you are dealing with stress, confusion and worry. That is not what KittySupps should ever be for someone. We do want the chance to sit down with your specific case properly, look at everything from the beginning, and find a resolution that is actually fair to you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and reference this review. A real person will handle this directly. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Carmen, Cats starting to feel better after just a few weeks is such a lovely thing to hear, and we hope the vet visit brings even more good news next week. Please do let us know how it goes, we will be rooting for them! We are sorry the wait felt longer than you hoped. Ten days can feel like a lot when you are eager to get started, and we completely understand that. International shipping routes can sometimes be affected by delays on the carrier's end that are outside our control, but we always want the experience to feel as smooth as possible from the moment you order. Thank you for your patience and for sticking with it, because it sounds like it is already paying off. Wishing your cats continued good health and a great report from the vet! 💛 - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Jamye, We are truly sorry this experience was so frustrating and drawn out. Having to escalate to a dispute to get a resolution is not something any customer should ever have to do, and we understand completely why you feel let down. We take the feedback about your interactions with our support team seriously. You deserved to feel heard at every step, and to have your specific situation addressed properly by a real person rather than feeling like you were going in circles. That gap between what you experienced and what we want every customer to experience is something we genuinely care about fixing. We know a credit card dispute is not the ending anyone wanted here, and we are sorry it came to that point. If there is anything still unresolved or anything you would like us to look at with fresh eyes, please email [email protected] and reference this review. We will make sure it goes directly to someone senior who can review your case personally and respond to you properly. You deserved better from us, Jamye, and we mean that. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Haley, Constant upper respiratory problems to completely fine? That is such a relief to read and we are so genuinely happy for both you and your girl. Living with a cat who is struggling with their health is stressful and heartbreaking in equal measure, and knowing that things have turned around for her means everything to us. The fact that it has been easy to use and arrived quickly on top of that is exactly the experience we set out to create for every single customer. We just love hearing when it all comes together. Thank you so much for trusting us with her health, Haley. That is not something we take for granted. Please keep us posted on how she continues to do, we are so rooting for her! 🐾 - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Alex, Two orders, two charges, and neither one in your hands. We completely understand why a refund is all you want at this point, and honestly, that is a completely fair place to land after everything you have been through. We are so sorry. The fact that both orders are stuck in transit and that "expediting" has not translated into any real movement or communication is not good enough, and we know it. Once orders leave our facility, transit is managed by our carrier partners, and delays on their end are outside our direct control. But that does not mean you should be left waiting and wondering with nearly $200 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. You should not have to chase this. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order details and we will personally take ownership of this right away. We will investigate both shipments properly, push hard on the carrier side, and make sure you receive a resolution that is actually fair to you, whether that is your orders arriving or your money back. No more vague responses and no more waiting in the dark. You have been incredibly patient, Alex. We want to make this right. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Karen, We are deeply sorry this has been your experience. Whatever has happened, you are clearly upset and frustrated, and that matters to us genuinely. We would really like the opportunity to understand what went wrong for you specifically and to try to make it right. We know that may be hard to believe right now, but we do not want to leave you feeling this way without at least trying. Please email us directly at [email protected] and a real person will handle your case personally, with care and without delay. We are here and we are listening. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Lee Lee, A shinier coat and a healthier feeling cat, that is exactly what we hope to hear and it genuinely makes our day! There is something so satisfying about seeing a real, visible difference in your cat's health, and knowing she is doing well means everything to us. We are sorry the package took a little longer than it should have to reach you. We are glad it got there in the end and that the quality made the wait worthwhile, but we always want the full experience to feel smooth from start to finish. Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for giving KittySupps a try. Give your girl a little cuddle from our whole team! 🐾 - Mariel from KittySupps
