Hi Bridget, Thank you so much for sharing this—we truly appreciate it. We’re really glad to hear your cats didn’t even notice a difference, especially since picky eaters can be the toughest to please. That’s exactly what we aim for, easy to use without disrupting their routine. Thank you again for your trust and support—it means a lot to us. Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Tracy, We are truly sorry for the experience you have had, and we completely understand your frustration. We want to assure you that a replacement order has already been dispatched on our end. We know that does not undo the stress and waiting you have already been through, and we are genuinely sorry for that. Once your replacement is on its way, transit time is in the hands of our carrier partners, but please know that if it does not reach you, a full refund has already been committed to you. You will not be left without a resolution, that is our promise and we intend to keep it. If you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We want to make sure you feel fully supported through this, and we genuinely appreciate your patience while we get this sorted for you. Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Cathy, First, we want to acknowledge what really matters here: you ordered specifically to support your blind cat's health, and we failed to get that to you when you needed it. That is genuinely upsetting to read, and we are so sorry. A six-week wait is not acceptable, and we completely understand why you lost confidence in us. Once orders leave our facility, transit is in the hands of our carrier partners, and delays on their end are outside our direct control, but we know that is cold comfort when your cat needed support and it simply did not arrive. Regarding the order that shipped after your cancellation request, we understand how frustrating that was and we want you to know that a full refund has already been processed on our end. You will not be out of pocket, and you do not need to worry about returning anything. We are also sorry you felt unheard during this. Our support team is available and responds to every email we receive, and if there is anything further we can help with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We genuinely hope your little one is doing well. Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Ghosted, Being charged for something you didn’t intend to subscribe to, and then not getting a proper resolution after reaching out—that’s not acceptable. We’re really sorry for this. This wasn’t handled to the standard you should expect from us, and we take responsibility for that. You should have full control over your subscription, and once you asked for it to be canceled, this should have been handled clearly and fairly. If you’re open to it, we’d like to personally review your account and make sure this is resolved properly, including your refund request. Please email [email protected] and reference this review, and we’ll take this on as a priority. Mariel from KittySupps
