Hi Cyndy, We’re very sorry to read this, and we understand how concerning this experience has been for you. Hearing that your cat became unwell is especially worrying, and that’s not something we take lightly. If you noticed any unusual symptoms, stopping use and consulting your veterinarian was the right step. Your cat’s wellbeing always comes first. We also take your concerns about shipments and billing seriously. Being sent orders you didn’t intend to receive is not acceptable, and this wasn’t handled to the standard you should expect from us—we take responsibility for that. If you’re open to it, we’d like to personally review your account and make sure everything is resolved properly, including your subscription and any shipments. Please email [email protected] and reference this review, and we’ll take this on as a priority. Mariel from KittySupps
