Hi, Carolyn. Please be aware that one of the items you ordered is brand new for this year and is clearly marked as a Christmas pre-order item. Since you received a $65 discount and free shipping on this order, and because they are all Christmas items, we are holding your shipment until it is complete to save on shipping costs. Your shipment will go out the same day that we receive the nativity pieces from the manufacturer. What’s not to love?
