I ordered a beautiful rug from Kilim.com; it arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Even though the rug wasn't quite the perfect fit for me, Halil (seller) was prompt and efficient in handling my return. I am now awaiting confirmation from him that the rug has been received. This website is one of my favorites, with stunning rugs showing up every time I look, and I look forward to ordering again soon. Six stars!

The shopping experience was very good. Lots of clarity around the transaction and shipping. The rug arrived without damage. I am a little disappointed with the color brightness. The rug appears quite a bit less vibrant than the photograph. Unfortunately, I think that issue is hard to avoid when using photography on-line etc. and a more experienced buyer would be more savvy to this aspect when seeing that it is classified as ‘vintage’. All that said, it is a wonderful and authentic piece of great art and I do not regret purchasing it one bit.

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found the shopping experience smooth and that your rug arrived safely. We understand your point about the brightness of the colors. With vintage rugs, slight variations between photography and how the rug appears in different lighting are sometimes unavoidable, but your perspective is very helpful for us to keep improving the way we present our pieces online. Most importantly, we’re glad you recognize the authenticity and artistry of your rug, and that you’re happy to have it in your collection. We truly appreciate your support and thoughtful reflections, and we hope your rug brings warmth and character to your home for many years to come.
