Filled out the form for insurance quote. Sign up for an account. I can see my application and form I need to fill out. Filled them out and scanned them in. Then wait and wait and nothing. Hit the link to message agent. Asked them to call or email. Still nothing. Email contact us link. Not sure how they have great customer service reviews, can not even get a call returned. Seems like this is a scam.

I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to Mordechai Kamenetsky for their outstanding support and personalized follow-up throughout my insurance process. Their responsiveness, patience in explaining every detail, and genuinely caring attitude made me feel supported and valued from start to finish. In a time when true customer service is rare, [Employee’s Name] truly stands out with their professionalism and human touch. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free for me. The company is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable team member. I highly recommend working with them!
