Maria was so helpful. She helped me get set up, walked me through the process and I am grateful for her help. She made the switch so smooth, fast and easy.

Today I spoke to SHIRLEY and I had the BEST EXPERIENCE of my life with KIBOPAY , and from here on I hope I will always be able to have her answer my concerns . I just simply understood everything right away without any frustration , that i had with previous representatives . She has exceptional customer service manners, knowledge, she'll get your answers right in that second . She's absolutely the right person to talk to !!!

I recently switched to Kibo Pay to lower our monthly expenses, and I've been very happy with it. The customer service has been fantastic, it was easy to get up and running, and our representative, Maria, has been readily available for any questions we have had. I'm very happy that I decided to make the change.

I was upgraded to a new machine with new banking due to issues and it was handled beautifully by Mary, the representative.
