I had a great experience with Kibin. It was really simple to upload your paper and submit it for review. The editors are super helpful in explaining the changes they made and they get it done on time. I’m an engineering major and writing is not my strong point. Basically, Kibin made is so easy and less stressful on my end. Definitely worth it, and I will use it again.

Hi Lam, You say writing isn't your strong point, but writing a kind and flattering review certainly is! Thanks for letting us know you had such a good experience. We look forward to hearing from you again! Robert K., Customer Happiness Coordinator @Kibin
she does not really understand what you present in your paper, and even change a wrong vocab instead of your correct one.

Hi there, I'm very sorry that the edit you received did not meet your expectations. You trust us with your papers, and we want to do everything we can to make it right when you're not satisfied with the final result. I noticed that your editor provided comments throughout the essay that asked questions to help you clarify your argument for your reader. Part of the editor's job is to point out any sentences that could be ambiguous. You know what you're trying to say, and the editor is looking out for instances where a reader could take your meaning a different way. That being said, we definitely want to make this right for you, so we encourage you to get in touch with us at [email protected] in a new message, or you can reply to the last message we sent you. I'd love to hear any additional feedback you have regarding your experience and whether our proposed solution works to your satisfaction. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback, and we hope that you'll give us another chance to impress you. Best wishes, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin
