The person gave absolutely horrible results. It wasn’t feedback on the essay at all, rather simply changing up a word here and there, it didn’t help any of the argument at all. I feel scammed because of the amount of money I paid, to get a simple rewording instead of actual grading and feedback

Cancelled trials with this vendor. But it continued charging for 4 years. It has never replied to any request since the trial. Do NOT recommend anyone to use it.

If I could give zero stars to this service, I would. I submitted my essay twice needing the rubric for a meeting with my instructor as part of the credit with no return. Emailed multiple times with no response. The phone number listed is not even a working number! I had a paid subscription and put my essay in the first time three days before my meeting with my instructor.

Hi there! Our FREE essay grading tool is great but we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround or delivery time for this free service because we have such high demand. If you are under time constraints or a deadline we always recommend using our professional essay editing service that, while is a paid service, does have guaranteed turnaround and delivery times as fast as 3 hours. I'm sorry we were not able to provide you a free service in the timeframe you desired. With a little more planning in the future I'm sure we can be more helpful to you!

Hi Jennifer, I know you accidentally paid for your paper to be edited twice. As I replied in our email response, I refunded the second charge. Maybe you didn't see my response yet but it takes 5-10 business days to process. Regarding the edit, please let me know what you aren't pleased with. We have a very high satisfaction rating. I'd be happy to take a look! Best, Travis
Fake website. After an annual subscription, it is deactivated for additional downloading of articles without warning.

Hi, your account was closed due to repeated violations of our Terms of Service. You received several warnings and continued to use our site in a malicious manner. There is nothing fake about that!

Oh no! We would never send an edited document back with no changes. In fact, we have a step in our process to make sure editors are returning the edited version of a file. A situation like this is almost always because of an issue viewing tracked changes in Word. Our Customer Happiness team is happy to help and has reached out to you with additional instructions. Finally, I see that your document was returned 6 days ago; in the future, please let us know as soon as you notice an issue, as we can usually resolve these problems right away! - Erin, Operations Manager @ Kibin
the problem is not with the editor, but some times the editors would not get to the idea so he will proceed with the way he sees, this could turn everything upside down as what happened to me.

Thank you for reaching out to Kibin via Trustpilot. I’m glad we were able to resolve your issue of not seeing any edits to your cover letter via email. As you stated in your email to Team Kibin, the edits were not visible because you had been viewing them “on a mac and that was in a text editor that did not show edits.” The document did have 131 revisions to the word choice, grammar, and overall flow, so I’m happy you were able to see those edits. We are, however, disappointed that this review wasn’t changed to better reflect your experience with Kibin as your email had mentioned you would do. I’m afraid that’s due to the fact that we did not offer a free edit of your resume in exchange for removal of this review. Your email mentioned sending the resume to your same editor free of charge to “let me see how well she does. I will change my review once I see her work.” As was explained in my email, we cannot offer a free review of a *different* document in order for you to remove a negative review that was based on a misunderstanding to begin with. Kibin needs to ensure that our editors are compensated fairly for the work that they do on each document we edit, and it would be unethical for us to provide a free review of a new document in order for you to remove an unfavorable review that is not an accurate reflection of your previous experience. Again, as I mentioned in my email, we’re happy to work with you in clearing this up if this was a misunderstanding, but we have yet to hear from you again. Kind regards, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin
