I'm very sorry to hear that your latest editing order did not meet your expectations for a helpful review. Looking over the document, I can see that your editor left 7 comments and made 46 total revisions to the 278-word text, so it does appear that changes were made to help improve the text overall. Is it possible that the edited file didn't show your editor's changes when you downloaded it? If so, you can check out our help doc for just that sort of situation at https://help.kibin.com/article/103-i-cant-see-any-edits. You can also send a response to the email I sent from [email protected] with your complementary second review if you're still unable to see the changes made to either document. Your satisfaction is what's most important to us, and I apologize again that this edit didn't meet your expectations. I hope that you found the second review more helpful to you, and please do let us know if you have any other concerns we can help with. We're committed to making this right for you. Best wishes, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin
