It's great to hear that you've found a good match with your editor! You can always request Julian for your future orders, and he'll be your editor if he's available within your timeframe. Thank you for taking the time to review! Robert K., Customer Happiness Coordinator @Kibin

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience this time. I see that you've used our services for quite a few months, yet this is the first time you've reached out with feedback. Detailed corrections are our specialty, and in fact, I see that your editor left over 70 changes in your short essay. He also provided a number of comments with additional suggestions, along with lengthy feedback about your essay as a whole. I don't see that you took advantage of the options we include to upload your assignment guidelines, prompt, or a note for your editor. When our team members reached out to request more information, we didn't get a response either. This information provides context to editors and helps our team members tailor their comments and changes to your specific concerns and requirements, so I encourage you to take advantage of these options going forward. Our team puts incredible effort into making sure that the students who use our service have a great experience, and we're sorry that wasn't the case for you this time. We would love the opportunity to earn a better rating , and we will be in touch to make sure that you're able to see and understand the changes made in your document and make sure you get the level of detail you were looking for. Kind regards, Erin H. Operations Manager @ Kibin
