Heart eyes emoji right back at ya! We're so glad to hear you had the BEST experience. :D Thanks so much for your awesome review! Nikki L., Community Manager @Kibin
This is my first time to use Kibin, actually it is my first time to have a professional editor edit my paper. I would say, it is amazing. I have a waiver request to edit, my editor Ms. Gwyneth is very responsible. She even went to check the rules that I want to be waived to make sure my request is persuasive. I can feel she is totally standing in my shoes. I really appreciate Kibin and Ms. Gwyneth. English is my second language, I also learned a lot from the edited paper, though it is only two pages.

Welcome to Kibin, Bonnie! Thank you for entrusting us with your waiver request and for sharing your review. We're thrilled to hear that Gwyneth took the extra time and attention to detail, knowing how important this letter is for you. It's always reassuring to have an editor like her supporting you through the process. Best of luck in your career! Amber R., Customer Happiness Coordinator @Kibin
Thank you, Jane! Your feedback and edits were worth far more than the money I paid. I am truly grateful.

Awww, you're welcome! It was our pleasure to help you with your essay. We hope that you learned a ton from your editor and that we will be able to work with you again! Amber R., Customer Happiness Coordinator @Kibin
Unfortunately, this is a very bad experience .. there is a lot of grammar mistakes, missed letters in the words, non-formal sentences; my orginal copy was much better than the edited one! I am very shocked with this experience! It was a bad idea You can see it yourself how bad it is.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that the edit did not meet your expectations. I've reviewed the document, and I see that your editor made a large number of corrections to errors in punctuation and sentence structure, reworded some awkward sentences, and left several notes explaining these changes. However, I do see that your editor missed two small but significant errors. We want every customer's experience to be as positive as possible, so we've sent you an updated document with the errors corrected as well as an offer for another edit free of charge. Please check the email we sent to you so we can make sure your document is in perfect order. Robert K., Customer Happiness Coordinator @Kibin
