The figurine looks good enough, but the colours and paintjob are way to amateuristic. The colours are dull and way off. What shood be ligt creme is more like a beige and skin tone is to dark and lacks shadows or colouration differences to make it look realistic. Also the blond hair is dirty brown. When i adressed the company they just dismissed this and claimes it looks like the previeuw. But ots not. No satisfaction from service. At least they replied, but for this expensive price it feels like a ripoff.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with the figure. Regarding the color issue you mentioned, we would like to clarify that we strictly adhered to the color reproduction of the 3D preview image confirmed in your order. The overall color of the finished figure is very close to the confirmed preview image; we found no obvious differences. Please refer to the comparison images attached to our email. Because the confirmed preview image included a darker skin tone and a bikini design, we based our production on the confirmed preview image, not the original reference photo. This is our standard production process, designed to ensure the final product matches the design confirmed before printing. We understand that the final result may not fully meet your personal expectations. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Please contact us if you have any questions. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we will continuously improve our products and services.
The figure was way less detailed then the render. I expected it to be less, but this was dissapointing. It would have been nice to send a picture after printing to confirm. I also did not get the special engraving box i ordered. So that was a bummer. It's weird to me we have to stick the figures to the little stands ourselves with these cheap stickers. I expected more for this price range. Also the tracking of my package was very limited. Only when it entered my country i could track it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the final product did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the level of detail compared with the render. While the render is a digital preview and some fine details may be reduced during the 3D printing process, especially depending on the size of the figurine, we agree that your expectations are important and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are continually working to improve the consistency between our previews and finished products. We're also very sorry to hear that you did not receive the custom engraved box you ordered. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Please contact our customer support team with your order number, and we will investigate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution. Regarding the assembly, our figurines are designed so that the figure and base are packaged separately to better protect them during international shipping. The adhesive provided is intended to allow customers to attach the figurine securely after delivery and helps reduce the risk of damage in transit. We understand, however, that this may not have matched your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback. We also apologize for the limited tracking updates. Some international shipping services only provide detailed tracking after the package reaches the destination country, which can unfortunately result in fewer updates while the parcel is in transit. We know this can be frustrating and are continually looking for ways to improve the shipping experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Your comments help us improve both our products and our service. If you contact us directly, we'd be happy to review your order in detail and do our best to assist you.
