What a brilliant company, the quality of my order is amazing. Well worth the wait for delivery. Made my second order the day my first one arrived. Highly recommend. I went for the Pixar style, it did not disappoint.

I ordered some chibi-style figurines for myself and my daughter, and she was thrilled with them when they arrived. Though small, they are incredibly lifelike-truly stunning. I'll definitely consider ordering a full family set next time.

Received my item which is totally a rip off! After a month, it’s a micro size and for almost $90!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE! I will be requesting a refund! We missed my deadline beyond and the actual item itself is not remotely a match to the photo sent. I’m totally disgusted ! Poor everything !

The figure I received was exactly like the one I uploaded. Very please with the figure and the quality. I'll be buying more for sure.

I placed an order early September and have not received. I emailed them many times and got two responses. One was they delivered and the other says it’s at final processing. I’m thinking this is a scam company. Be careful if you order here. Very upsetting.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and disappointment you have experienced while waiting—particularly regarding the inconsistent information you received; this was indeed a serious lapse in our communication. We would like to clarify that we have already reached out to you via email and have been actively tracking your order. Please rest assured that this is absolutely not a scam. As your figure is a custom-made product, it is currently in the process of being produced. We have provided specific details regarding its current status in our email, and we will continue to keep you updated via email until you have successfully received your item. We take your feedback very seriously. Once again, we apologize for the trouble and unease this has caused, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
I must admit, I was skeptical about how well these figures were going to look at feel for the money, so it was with hesitation I finally gave in. I can now say I already have two Kibifigs and plan on getting more. It takes some time from when you place your order until it arrives but it’s well worth the wait. I was surprised how heavy the figures are and their likeness, details and colors are superb. I do wish you had an option of having your figure mounted on the stand but it’s a very minor detail. I highly recommend Kibifig if you’re looking for something unique to add to your collection!
